I would love for you to get to know me...

Born in a small hospital in Sapulpa, OK to two teenage kids 41 years ago. I am the oldest of 7 siblings, only one of them being a brother. I am married for almost 7 years now to Mark Worley. Together we have a blended family of 5 kids between 17 and 25. I have a daughter headed to med school at the University of Oklahoma and two daughters about to graduate from Bixby High School. I am Aunt Kaedi to now 24 nieces and nephews and we are big on family. 

I attended school as well at The University of Oklahoma when music still had words you could understand and was played on real instruments… 1999.

 I went on to Victory Bible College in 2005. I have served in a number of roles at Victory church as well as Victory Christian School. I enjoyed most being there while my daughters were in elementary school. I was the cheer coach and softball coach for several years then took a position as assistant to the athletic director and the high school varsity coach. Athletics and coaching have been a part of my life since I was 7 years old. This would also be the season I would serve as a children's pastor for a church that was planted here in Tulsa, OK. 

I spent 15 years as an infant care nanny and what I might call a serial entrepreneur. I have always had a passion for the opportunity to create wealth and serve the community. I have built a commercial and domestic cleaning business, built a landscape company, operated a home daycare as well as a hands on mommy and me learning center. 

In 2015 I started a plant based nutraceutical company I could build from home while my kids were in sports and very active. It was really important for me to be present during those years and that business grew me and gave me that opportunity.

In 2019 we found ourselves in an unexpected financial situation that spurred me to pursue an item that had long sat on my bucket list. For years I was told I was born for real estate but I never felt like I had the time to fully pursue it. Now, my kids were driving and we needed an income shift so it was time… at 38 to start a brand new career. 

Those friends were right! It was the shoe that fit! Once I tasted the exhilaration of helping a first time home buyer make buying a house a reality… I WAS HOOKED! 

I was a top producer my first year, awarded a Rising Star award and even got to be featured in a Real Estate Magazine. It was an exciting time. I was surrounded by incredible real estate professionals that taught me the best practices I use today. For the last 3 years I have been a multimillion dollar producer and seen my business continue to grow and serve a number of wonderful clients.

I have fallen in love with every step of the process. From educating buyers and sellers to introducing people to trusted vendors I work with to second generation buyers and referrals sitting at a closing table with excitement in their eyes and a new chapter ahead. I truly feel honored to be a part of this industry. 

Now, as I step into my 4th year as a REALTOR, I just got to experience closing my first multimillion dollar listing! I am looking forward to paying forward that help and coaching I received from late night office chats or full day mentorship from top producing agents. I have the experience to help other agents now and I have moved to a brokerage that will offer those agents the ability to make great money and grow their own brand as they build a legacy.
